Weddings are definitely back! Excitement is in the air as our wedding calendar gets booked and dates are getting blocked. But before we get too busy to post again, here is a throwback to one of our real weddings during the pandemic. Here is Bhavna and Garvit’s Indian wedding in DoubleTree Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This couple’s beautiful wedding was celebrated despite the pandemic with social distancing and guidelines followed.

Mehendi
The 2-day celebration of Bhavna and Garvit’s wedding in DoubleTree started with a beautiful mehendi by the pool. The lovely decor complimented the blue skies and the beach view. Don’t you love the pastel colors and the chic-themed decor? There was also a tanoura dancer to entertain the guests and of course, mehendi sessions for the guests
Sangeet Night
Full of dance and music, the sangeet night will always be our favorite. To liven up the evening, the famous percussionist, Walter Scalzone was there to drum up the beat!
Haldi
Bhavna and Garvit were greeted by a bright and happy haldi decor at Vespa Restaurant the next day. We love the yellows and the vibe of this Haldi
Ceremony
It was finally the baraat followed by the pheras later that day after the Haldi. Garvit rode a Rolls-Royce as they paraded on the grounds of DoubleTree Hilton. After the pheras, Bhavna and Garvit proceeded with the reception dinner and some couple portraits.
It was unbelievable and admirable what the couples and their families have to go through to celebrate a wedding following the rules set by the government to keep everyone safe. Kudos also to the organizers of the wedding. Bhavna and Garvit’s wedding in DoubleTree Hilton Ras Al Khaimah was beautiful and well-executed. The fun remained despite the social distancing and limitations.
