How our own wedding changed the way we capture yours
We are Melon and Arish, the husband-and-wife team behind The Melrish Studio. When we got married, we thought we had it covered. The best photographers, the right poses, every angle. Then we opened our album and something felt off. The photos were beautiful, but they felt staged. The story was missing. The real moments were missing.
That was when it clicked. Weddings are not about perfect poses. They are about emotion, the unscripted moments, the memories that unfold on their own.
So we picked up our cameras and set out to tell love stories differently. Authentic. Cinematic. Real. That is how The Melrish Studio began, and 17 years later we are still telling stories that matter, for couples across Dubai, the UAE and destinations worldwide.
