It was a party fit for a king. It was Mustafa’s 1st birthday and his family arranged a big celebration. I remembered the movie, Lion King with Mustafa and his son, Simba.
The theme was royalty and all the guests were dressed in their most “royal” costume. It was delightful to see them dressed as kings, queens, and pharaohs. The kids were dressed as princes and princesses. And they all danced happily ever after to the tune of Macarena and limbo-rocked on the red carpet.
There were chambermaids and knights too who made sure the kids were entertained with painting.
Bring in the royal cake!
