N & D are from Mauritius and they booked us 6 months before they flew in for their honeymoon in Dubai. It is such a delightful feeling to have couples admire your work but it is such a great treat when they seem to know you because they follow your blog. So N asked how Khloe was and I felt we were friends for a long time. (Makes me now feel guilty that I haven’t posted a lot lately).
The day after their wedding, N & D flew to Dubai and we already had the photoshoot scheduled on that day. They were checked in a jewel of a place right in the heart of old Deira. I never knew there was this heritage house sitting right in the center of the bustling area. Unfortunately that day, we were already in the area looking for a parking, we accidentally drove over a curb with a rod protruding from it and kaboom!…a flat tire. So how are we going to drive to the desert for the second half of the shoot and catch the sunset? We’re really thankful to N & D for understanding and we rescheduled the desert shoot the next day.
