Waking up so early in the morning doesn’t excite us but when Akash asked us to photograph his surprise proposal at The Farm, we were excited. We were there by 8am ready for his surprise. His girlfriend had no clue she would get the surprise of her life. She thought it was just an ordinary breakfast date with her boyfriend and with her sister. So when Akash went down on one knee, she was shocked! It was a truly pleasant surprise.
Their family was also waiting behind the scenes. After she said yes, we took them for a short photoshoot around the Farm. This is one of favorite places because it is so green, scenic and peaceful.
We have covered four proposals last year and we are just glad to shoot them. The raw emotions, the looks in their eyes, the nervousness before popping the question…these are real emotions that we are glad to capture.
