We love big, fat Indian weddings. They are very tiring to shoot but we ALWAYS have tons of fun. Last December, we covered a JA Beach Resort Indian wedding organized and planned by Rimjhim Events. Two days of fun-filled activities was started with a tropical summer themed mehendi by the beach.
Several guests have come from all over the world and they were checked in the resort where they enjoy the garden and beach views of the hotel.
And check out Walter Scalzone. We definitely recommend him if you want to add that upbeat vibe to your parties!
The Sangeet had an Arabian Nights theme complete with lanterns and a belly dancer. Sangeet is our favorite because of all the dance performances and non-stop partying!
Sometimes we wonder how the couple and the guests still have energy to start the day early for haldi. I love how this event was yellow themed and how bright everyone looked. This was followed by the baraat and pheras. The color theme for this one was peach and pink. We also love how lively baraats are with the drums and everyone cheering. The bride watched her groom’s entrance from the balcony.
And the evening is topped off by the reception night by the pool in Club Joumana in JA Beach Resort. The stage was built on the center of the pool surrounded by floating candles.
And this was the couple’s reaction as we show the 2 day video which we edited on the same day on the projector for everyone to see. It is a much tiring but rewarding and truly fun day. Though we were exhausted, our hearts are full. Thank you Ratnesh and Vijeta for choosing us as your wedding storytellers!
