This is so 2011 and yes we have more 2011 shoots to post. We have procrastinated a bit (okay, a lot) because it was so good to slow down and cherish every moment with your family after being away for more than two years during the holidays. Result – a ton of backlogs. So since we 2012 is here, let’s get it on.
It was an awesome experience being part of the wedding of this uber-sweet couple. As wedding photographers, we feel like honored guests in weddings because we get to see all behind the scenes preparation, get the front row seats during the ceremony and we get to meet each guests in the reception. It is just wonderful to be a wedding photographer.
Here are photos from the preparation. She does have a very sweet smile.
Her sister and nephew even flew from London to be there for her. Which I think made him hungry for noodles.
She is a very stunning bride. She looked perfect with her gorgeous gown.
On the other side of town, Martin enjoyed prep time with his friends who flew from Poland.
Here are few shots of the wedding details.
I couldn’t keep count of how many weddings we have covered in St. Mary’s Church but this is the first time we had to shoot at the main church.
In every solemn wedding, there are always little angels who keep busy with tiny things which just make you smile. These two flower girls are just adorable.
The highlights of the wedding – the ring and the kiss!
After the portrait sessions at church, we took Martin and Merijoy for a few creative shots in the hotel.
The party started a few minutes after the ceremony and everyone had a blast. There was a photobooth which the guests enjoyed a lot. Even the couples enjoyed posing in front of the photobooth wearing different costumes.
Our little competition was beating us shooting the cake cutting!
The next photos are full of humor and fun! The garter toss with a twist! Email us to find out the fun story behind it. Lol!
Maybe you are wondering why these men are running with only one shoe on each foot…
And finally, the first dance. Finally the confetti blast went off too!
To M and M, thanks for choosing to cover this special day in your lives. 🙂
