Simple weddings sometimes are more beautiful than extravagant weddings especially when the weddings are full of emotions and happy smiles. Patrick and Elena decided to have a destination wedding in Dubai last winter and it was just simply beautiful. We had a personal experience shooting their wedding because they only had their closest family and friends to witness the wedding and that made us feel extra special to be there to capture their moments. They even had cyber-witnesses as loved ones from abroad were present through Skype. Love was in the air and their wedding made everyone feel light hearted.
Elena got her beautiful wedding dress from Saja Wedding (www.sajawedding.com) all the way from NYC and shoes from Manolo Blahnik. Their ceremony was held in the Christ the King in Jebel Ali and they had a small party in the One and Only Royal Mirage.
Real, timeless and personal…our mantra in shooting weddings. We chose to retouch majority of the images in black and white because we want to share the joy we felt while we captured these emotions. Patrick and Elena were a real happy couple and they were not afraid to show it. Hope we got the feelings across and you also felt as lighthearted as we felt.
